Archika is a Counselling Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Behaviour Therapist, Academic Facilitator, Career Counsellor, Family Therapist, a Mindfulness and NLP Coach and a Trainer by Profession. She has over 11 years of experience in working with various reputed Schools, mental health organizations and Child Development centres. She has impacted many lives throughout her journey and aims to impact more than 10 million now. She has worked with children, adolescents and adults and helped them in striving success in mental, social, behavioural and emotional well being. She has dealt in improving people’s interpersonal skills, has worked with families in improving their parenting skills and has also worked with schools and colleges to help them deal with students’ emotional, social and mental well being which helps the students to become a better and confident individuals. She has conducted various workshops for students, teachers, parents, leaders, principals and Professionals. Shifaly is a techno-legal professional with over 20 years of experience in the field of technical know-how dissemination and innovation protection.
